Goodall Industrial Unclaimed

The manager of GPS (Goodall Power Systems) was the MD of GI (Goodall Industrial). GI was liquidated on 31 May 2018, how ever he continued to make use of GI assets and stock for the profit of GPS. When certain staff members refused to go with him to GPS because of this he retaliated by refusing to issue them with their IRP5 forms and most important their UI19 forms. As GI had not been issuing staff with pay slips this means that his staff that refused to take part in the illegal activities are unable to claim UIF. It has been 3 months now since they had any form of income, as they are still without work, their 9 year old daughter has had to move in with her grand mother as there is no money to get her to school and back or to feed her. To add to their problem SARS is now taking action against them for non payment of their PAYE, as GI has not filed their 501s. These companies have no respect for their employees and have no respect for the laws of the land
