Your service delivery is pathetic to say the least you should close your company and allow the taxis to completely take over. If you cant give the same service to all your paying customers then dont give any service at all. Disgusted and very disappointed you went up with the bus fair twice in a space of two months we remained loyal and now what do we get buses that are being cancelled how are the people from Voorbrug suppose to get home now that the Voorbrug bus has been completely cancelled the email that was sent out stated that the service will just be cancelled on a Friday as of the 6th of May. GOLDEN ARROW YOU MAKE ME SICK HONESTLY.

the worst service ever BUS number (AT 797), Saxonsea rout through salt river, the lady bus driver is possessed, no smile very rude ticket tossed no change given no explanation had to ask twice to be told i don't have change from a R20 when the bus is actually R12 what a joke, why do you GOLDEN ARROW trust such kind of attitude with a person who does not even have the heart carrying other hearts we only live once and please we would like to arrive alive the way she drove off after i asked for my change twice was very very dangerous

the worst service ever, there is a lady that drives a Saxonsea bus, today 03/04/2022 at around 1525pm at the Cape Town station we ran for the bus and got harassed by the lady driver as she couldn't wait any second longer, i paid for 2 adults first of all i didn't get my ticket as she sped off trying to make both traffic lights the one from the bus station and the other on on the strand street corner the ticket fell off before i could reach it and she wasnt bothered to pick it up, we could barely hold on as she maneuvered her way out. its not the first time i encountered this grumpy lady (colored) she is always grumpy and aggressive, please see to it that we get driven by a person who is not bringing personal issues at work because she carry's a lot of human fragile hearts . a supervisor embarked on the bus just before woodstock towards salt river and was given our ticket she only asked if they belonged to us but was not bothered to know why we didnt have them on us.

i think the blaauwberg route's drivers are the worst, they are very rude, have no respect for the elderly people, close the door while people are still busy getting in, they put me out of the bus twice already because i did not have a clip card and then they tell me that they don't accept cash, i saw a couple of times that the drivers are busy chatting on their phones while driving. this route is the worst i travelled by far!!!!!!!! i have logged a complaint now, now im just waiting to see what's gonna happen. #betterserviceplease

Bus 4829 stood for 40 minutes in NY3A stop. And for that reason we arrived late. He did not even explain the reason why he was standing with the bus switched.I don't believe that Golden Arrow would employ a mentally retarded to drive us.

I would like to forward a complaint, I usually take a bus from Strandfontein- Cape town at 05:50. The Bus driver of BUS 4183 advised us as the passengers bus is going down Ottery Road but it went down Chukker road, and we sat in the bus for 2hrs 45mins and my start time is at 08:00am but got to work at 09:14!!! MY work I very important to me and to explain myself was not easy. Please can I have this addressed and a email for confirmation on the late arrival by the driver for work purposes please. I will not lose my job because of your services.

I have a complaint about a bus driver who charged me a price that is charged after 4 pm R30. 50...I got in the bus 3:58pm and he invited that the time is 4 pm if it indicates 3:58pm....I paid the R30. 50 because I did not want to cause a scene and argue. The bus comes from panorama and I got it at N1 city. The driver gave me 2 tickets with anprice of R15.50 ...not sure why...this is utterly unprofessional and it's day light robbery. GOLDENO ARROW has robed me ...and I want my money back. These tickets are numbered 381 and 382.
