I asked FRANK to call me to go through my policy. I needed to make changes to my dependents amend personal information. Kirsten* called me and patiently went through each one of my 1 million queries carefully and happily. This, however, is not why I am writing. A few hours our long but pleasant call, Kirsten called me back with a solution to a problem she had picked up on earlier in the call. It showed care, diligence and strength of the service that lack severely in this country. Let’s not always complain but acknowledge excellence when we meet it. Kirsten, you an absolute star.
