I am appalled at the service and lack of care from your company. We are a long standing account holder and the service of late is non-existent. I had a parcel collected in Cape town on 30 May at 15h16 going to Umkomaas. On 31st at 12h52 it was received into your Durban depot. As of 11h00 Friday 3rd it has yet to be delivered. The tracking update says delivery failed at 21h56 on the 2nd June. Since when is 21h56 working hours? The recipient has confirmed she was home all day yesterday and no delivery came in business hours. Today I had to call the call centre 5 times, each time waiting 4-5 minutes to get to the end of your queuing system only to have the call disconnected each time. When I eventually got through 09h46 they promised to have the local delivering agent call me to give me an update. I am still waiting. I have tried our local Durban representative and each call to him has been rejected by him and he has yet to respond to my Whatsapp messages either. Unacceptable service!!

Hi Please get back to me, this is unacceptable, tell your drivers to call if they cannot get hold of he person, and look at there surrounding, as my sister stool outside , flagging them down, and try get there attention, and the driver pulls off from the opposite side of the road, at the Complex, and if he looked across the street he would have seen NO 1 and Arlene Spencer virtually running after him. I am so pist off and I really cannot tell you how unhappy I am with such disgusting service, maybe look or school the drivers, really. So 2 days of waiting, giving up my xmas sopping or leaving this house, because your drivers are numb nuts, this BETTER BE SORTED OUT TODAY… OR I WILL GO VIRAL…
