This service is so bad i cant even put one star.......rather leave or stop doing business. You need to wait for two hours and then only when the time is up you get a message that they are running late with no indication when they will actually be there and when you call the number they say you can to contact them simply pic up and drop it in your ear 3 times you people suck.....no wonder there are so many bad ratings on the internet

Absolutely rotten service. Advised us that an FNB credit card would be delivered on Monday, 05/06/17, between 08h00 and 16h00. When we eventually started chasing up, we were informed that the card has been shredded. This, after waiting the whole damn day. Also not the first time we've experienced problems we you lot! Why the hell FNB use CCD only they will know, but going to kick up a stink with them too. Bloody disgrace!

CCD Couriers are pathetic. FNB should get new couriers. The first credit card which was the wrong one they promised to deliver between 9-11 was delayed and I nearly waited the entire day. They have just delayed my delivery again. They are supposed to deliver between 9-11. Now I have to wait again.
