Had a disastrous lunch at the Grand West branch yesterday. Party of 6 and each one's food was not good. Meat did not tast fresh / gravy tasted old and was just reheated / rice tasted old and hard. Generally just a bad experience. I had a similar experience at your V&A branch recently. Definitely not the same quality as your Cape Town branch.
