I am happy to let you know that Kinako is now safely settled in at her new home. There were no issues throughout the pickup process at the airport, and everything is in order. I'd like to give a very big thank you to you and everyone at Animal Travel Services for being so helpful and patient throughout the whole ordeal; I was very happy with the service that you had to offer. I am also very excited to finally be united with my cat after about 4 months; thank you for assisting in making this possible.
