We really like WRAP (Waste Resources Action Programme) in the UK’s take on the matter: “A circular economy is an alternative to a traditional linear economy (make, use, dispose) in which we keep resources in use for as long as possible, extract the maximum value for them whilst in use, and then recover and regenerate products and materials at the end of each service life.” So instead of make, use, dispose, it’s reduce, re-use, recycle. We love it!
