Managing Transformation Solutions (Pty) Ltd (MTS) was established in early 2009 emanating from services and experience gained through Concession Creek Consulting cc (CCC) in respect of Social and Labour Plan services. Sue Brandt (Managing Director of CCC) and two (2) senior CCC consultants, Desiree Lourens and Maritha Marneweck saw the substantial need in the mining sector for efficient data management and reporting mechanisms aligned to the Social and Labour Plan (SLP) requirements. The newly formed business provides a dedicated and specifically tuned SLP reporting solution applicable across the mining sector in South Africa.
