Depend A Part Unclaimed

Pathetic customer service. The owners' wife, Tanya, is an absolutely aggressive, ill-mannered, foul-mouthed woman who lacks class and sense. She called our company for payment but instead of speaking with at least an acceptable tone, she started off with "when the f@#$ am I going to get my payment?". She continued to shout like a crazy woman and make threats that she would get on the next available flight to Durban and we would have to pay the fare for her flight. I continued to speak politely as she constantly interrupted anything I tried to explain. She would not understand that I am only an employee. All in all I kept my composure but it is highly unlikely we would ever use their company again or give a good reference. For that trashy behaviour they don't even deserve the one star rating I was forced to click on. No matter what the circumstances, I value good customer service.
