B & R Auto Engineering Unclaimed

hi I am so disappointed in you guys,have come with a crank and a block there to be fixed and you said u will call me if their are ready for collection but i have not receive any call and its almost three weeks now please guys to play with us like that and your phone is not working when i try to call you.The service you are giving me is not good at all.

I am so disappointed with the service at B&R I took my top for valves they said it's done picked it up ans took it to the mechanic the valves were still not fixed took it back again and they said they fixing it and my hydraulics were ruined I had to buy new ones I bought new hydraulics still the valve were licking when the water test was done it has been there for 3 weeks then they said the valve have bent and that they will replace themand would call me Monday to come pick up I go Tuesday they said they ordered the valves and I must come Wednesday then Wednesday comes the top is still not fixed am not even sure if they replaced the valves as I have no proof of it am disappointed I wouldn't recommend anyone to use B&R services the service is very poor no customer care they even send you to the guys who were busy with the top of there is a problem what a poor service if you know what's good for you don't use their services I have spent so much money and still my top is still not fixed
