Our Agitators:
We have full house engineering and manufacturing expertise. We offer Finite Element Analysis, 3D drawings, engineering and process design, and customer training. We manufacture the following components: Shafts and Hubs, Impeller blades, Bearing pedestals, and Mounting bases. All elements of our agitators are manufactured in house. Agitators are sized to suit our clients’ application, we ensure that the drive units are suitable for your application power requirements. Impellers as well as shafts are specially designed to accomplish the process desires through the agitation system.
Our Pumps:
We offer a range of robust peristaltic pumps suited for all global conditions. Our extensive range of peristaltic hose pumps includes one of the largest pumps of its type in the world. These pumps are especially well suited to chemical process applications, slurry and sludge applications as well as dosing applications. The pumps are carefully selected taking into account the customers’ process data and performance requirements. Our pumps are energy efficient using a roller system internally, also assisting with longer hose life.
Our Hoses:
We supply hoses that can be replaced in minutes. We offer a vast range of hoses for different peristaltic pumps. A carefully designed and manufactured hose element is the single most vital component for the performance, durability, and efficiency of any peristaltic hose pump.
