Your credit providers and the credit bureaus will be notified of your application for debt review. They will supply me with the information on your credit agreements. When I have finalised my evaluation I will notify them that your application will be referred to an attorney, who will  present your case to a Magistrate. The Court will grant a court order whcih will show the amounts you have to repay on your debt and the duration.
