Hoekom het julle 'n telefoon as niemand antwoord nie?

I need to pay a traffic fine for a ticket I was given on the N1 near Bloemfontein. I can only pay by postal order, but the Post Office's postal order system has been off-line since the fine. I was told this was the only way to pay when given the fine. What am I to do? The fine has to be paid by 5 November 2018.

I renewed my licence on the 17th July 2018.I am still waitin for it up until now,when I go and check they ask about the sms which I didn't get till to date.I called Mev Cotzee on 0514090448 and she don't answer the calls,can someone please tell what to do now.

I have been trying 051 409 0444/ 051 409 0443 and nobody is picking up the calls. What a poor service!!!! The Gov slogan Batho Pele is useless in the traffic department. We the public phones not just for fun, but because we need urgent help/assistance/clarification

Very kak. Waited in the eye test line for 4 hours because only one person was working and this person took tea breaks every 10 min. Then you get to the pay point and only 2 of the 14 counters are working. The staff are not friendly. The place is dirty. Very kak experience

I have never seen such a poor Services. there is not a single person to answer the phone I been calling since 12h00 today 13 June 2018 no one is there to simply pick up the dam phone. POOR SERVICE.

Their is no but no like service in this department You can call any time of the day and no one will answer the phones if you asked to be assisted with an account number to pay a fine what you received when past Bloemfontein back to Gauteng they give you three other numbers to call that is for the past two days only ringing with no answer. SO HOW DE HELL DO THEY THINK WE MUST PAY IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE USELESS!!!!! Are there even someone who is working in this department I only need a account number how difficult can that be

I was informed that these offices are open for business on every first Saturday of the month. I was there on Saturday, 4th November, but the gates were closed. Please advise when it will be open on a Saturday!

Dis by verre van die swakste diens wat ek nog ooit beleef het. Ek probeer om uit te vind watter FICA dokumente benodig ek om 'n voertuig oor te dra na my naam toe. Die foon lui net en gaan dood. Ek sukkel nou al vir die afgelope 2 maande op betaalde boetes uit te sorteer. Boetes wat reeds betaal is wys nogsteeds op die stelsel as UNFINALIZED. Hoe is dit moontlik? Na ek ingegaan het na die katore in Charles Str, Bfn, en seker vir 'n uur of meer met van die personeel in hoë poste gepraat het en gekyk het vir oplossing, word daar vandag een van ons werknemers gearresteer nadat daar 'n brief aan ons uitgereik is om te sê dat hulle besig is om fondse te allokeer teenoor betaalde boetes. Hule kan ook tans nie vir my uitstaande boetes uitwys nie, aangesien die gelde nog nie geallokeer is teenoor die boetes nie. MENSE SE HANDE IS AFGEKAP. HOE KAN HULLE MENSE ARRESTEER EN NIE NA REDE LUISTER NIE? Hulle het arrogante houdings en wat hulle sê is wet, maak nie saak of daar reelings in plek is of nie. Sterkte met almal wat sukkel op hierdie mense in die hande te kry via telefoon oproepe. Dis 'n "hopeless case". Om in te gaan na hulle kantore is 'n mors van tyd.

Please do something about ALL the dangerous drivers in Bloemfontein, mostly the taxis. Roadblocks is good, but that will not stop people driving recklessly. Why are there not more visible traffic officers driving around and looking and fining dangerous drivers? Do something about it, people drive with cell phones plastered to their ears, but I have not heard of even one fine issued in this regard. People get fines for parking meters that expires. How does that make roads safer? Fine the right people, you will make much more money than writing out parking tickets.

FORCED OUR DRIVER TO GIVE HIM A BRIBE IF NOT HE WILL TAKE THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD .THE TRUCK LOST TWO NUTS AT REAR TYRES INSTEAD GIVING THE DRIVER FINE HE WAS LOOKING FOR BRIBE.
