Large amounts of information about nutrition and food are freely available. The problem is that a lot of what is said or written is not scientifically sound or individualized. If you do not have the knowledge to interpret this information you can easily be misled in your choices. Wrong choices can lead to the detriment of your health especially when you are not taking into account existing medical conditions or your family history. People believe that if it’s just food or ‘natural’ it cannot be harmful but I urge people to think again. If it’s about nutrition, ask a dietician!
