Dear SPE. I herewith want to bring it under your attention that it happen frequently that SPE does not change guards from the day shift to the night shift. I understand that it may sometimes be a problem but this is not safe to use a guard that did day shift onward till the next morning after 07:00 before collecting him. Someone complain about the Zimbabwier worked for you at Crestone Hills, this man was actually better than most of your other guards. He was strict in discipline and did not allow anyone through the gates they had to sign. Your other guards let everybody in without asking. Why is the Zimbawier taken away? Please assist with an answer for us to understand better. I am asking on behalf of other owners . We pay SPE for the guards , NRE does not pay SPE, we get billed for the guards.
