Poor Service,they do not answer their phones.They don't know what they are doing and they are just all over the place

We have been told by the workers that the pipes under the road are blocked and a special machine is needed to clear them as well. I just need a contact to report this matter as well.

im very unhappy with the services we get from the municipality. we have a problem with our sewege at mayfield ext 8 in daveyton and everytime when we try phoning them their phones just rang theres no answer and we have small babies who can get sick because the the sewege.

I am very unhappy with the service from Ekurhuleni - I never received my account on time and have to call to get my account balance, as u guys just cut off the electricity when not paid, but at the same time NO-ONE EVER answers the phones, so it takes days to get a balance on my account!!!!

Please can you re connect my electricity I have a pre paid meter and every time the people across the road don't pay their account, the municipality switches off my electricity. Number is 083 387 2889

I am trying to get through to the electricity department regarding change over from plan A to plan B. I phoned 11 times now, and every time I do get through the person on the other side just cuts the call. Have you got an alternative number for me to call???

please help I need to do a follow up on my parents house rates they past away now the rates are away behind the invoice still has got my father's name and he past away in 2010 please help
