Find Christ's principles to follow in tough conflict issues.  Conflict coaching is directed at helping hte conficted person gain perspective of the issues and to xplore the possible options and to choose the best option.  Mediation is the process whereby the party or parties are prepared to meet each other and then the mediator facilitates the meeting ensuring good communication and helps with finding lasting and fair solutions to the problems. This helps to change bad communication patterns and to resolve the conflict satisfactorily.  Arbitration is the process whereby the authority is given to usthe arbitrator to hear the arguments and make a legally binding decision.  Training can be given to individuals and groups on how to view and approach conflict in future.
