Dr. Padayachee has a deep passion for health and natural medicine and has always preferred natural treatment for illness. She truly trusts that in changing ones lifestyle for the better, one can achieve their personal health goals. This led her to study a Masters degree in Homeopathy through the University of Johannesburg. After completion in 2013, she began consulting in private practice. She has a special interest in childhood diseases and diet, stress management, female health and thyroid disorders. She uses only natural and clinically tested medicines that are safe for children, adults and pregnant woman.

Education and sharing knowledge is another passion of hers. She is a clinician at the University of Johannesburg Homoeopathy Clinic. She is also a regular guest on Real Health (DSTV The Home Channel, Channel 176), a local South African alternative medicine health chat show.
